Google Ads API & Advertising Services
Adroited LLC uses the Google Ads API to manage advertising campaigns on behalf of clients. In the course of this work:
- We access Google Ads account data (campaigns, keywords, performance metrics, budgets) solely for the purpose of managing and optimizing client advertising accounts.
- This data is accessed only by authorized Adroited LLC staff and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
- No Google Ads account data is stored in external databases. Outputs are retained locally for internal reporting purposes only.
- Our use of the Google Ads API complies with the Google Ads API Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Meta (Facebook) Marketing API & Advertising Services
Adroited LLC operates an application that connects to the Meta (Facebook) Marketing API on behalf of authorized business clients. In the course of this work:
- We access Facebook Page information (name, ID), ad account data (campaigns, ad sets, ads, spend metrics), lead generation form submissions associated with client Pages, and Business Manager information.
- We do not collect, store, or process personal data from Facebook end-users (people who view or interact with ads). All data accessed belongs to the business accounts our clients have explicitly authorized us to manage.
- Data accessed through the Meta API is used exclusively to manage and optimize advertising campaigns, generate performance reports, and retrieve lead form submissions for client follow-up.
- This data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third parties outside of the authorized client relationship.
- API access tokens are stored securely and retained only as long as needed to perform authorized services. Clients may revoke access at any time through their Facebook Business Settings.
- To request deletion of any data we hold associated with your account, visit our Data Deletion Instructions page or contact us directly.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted access controls to protect all data accessed through third-party APIs and collected through our website.
Data Retention
We retain contact information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law.
