Who we are
Adroited LLC is a custom software development firm based in Cape Coral, Florida, serving clients nationwide.
We are deliberately small and deliberately senior. You work with the people writing the code. There is no offshore hand-off, no account manager relaying requirements to a team you never meet, and no junior developer learning your domain on your budget.
What we actually do
Four capabilities, in the order they matter to most of our clients:

- AI and workflow automation — operational AI, not chatbots
- Custom CRM development — bespoke systems, plus SuiteCRM and GoHighLevel work
- Digital marketing — SEO, content and managed blog programs
Underneath all four sits something less visible and more useful: we run our own infrastructure. Servers, storage, monitoring, backups and even our own VoIP telephony. That is why we can build a contact-centre application and the phone system it runs on, rather than integrating with something and hoping.
The pattern in everything we build
Look across every major system we have delivered — auto glass claims, air ambulance, roofing and restoration, fitness, transport, travel — and the same shape appears:
A field or customer-facing capture surface, feeding an office system of record, feeding money out the other end — invoice, claim, payroll, payment — with AI and automation compressing the middle.
It is why we are comfortable in operational businesses that other software firms find messy. Field crews, dispatchers, billing clerks and carriers are not an edge case to us. They are the job.
How we work
- We build in the open with you — working software early, not a reveal at the end
- We write the boring parts properly: audit trails, permissions, migrations, backups
- We automate our own testing, including regression harnesses for analytics and AI output
- We do not disappear after launch — our delivery archive records 6,000+ tracked work items and 9,000+ threaded discussions across our engagements, counting the trackers our clients host themselves
- We tell you when the answer is off-the-shelf software instead of a custom build
We run our own SaaS
Five of the platforms in our portfolio are Adroited products with their own paying customers: an insurance claims and third-party administration platform, a multi-tenant fitness platform available in eight languages, a moving and home-inventory service, an AI video generation pipeline, and a trip planning and itinerary application.
It is an unusual thing for a firm our size to be able to say, and it is the single best reason to trust our architecture advice. We have already lived with the consequences of these decisions.
