Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern. Cape Coral, Florida, working with clients across the United States.
Email is usually faster than the phone. A message that names the system you are on and what is going wrong gets a useful answer the same day; a voicemail asking for a callback gets a callback, which is a slower route to the same place.
There is no gate on the form below. If you would rather send the details straight across, write to info@adroited.com and skip it entirely — it reaches the same inbox.
What happens next
After you sendWe read it
Every message is read by someone who builds. Nothing is scored by a script or handed to a sales team first.
We reply with questions
Usually within one business day. The first reply is normally three or four specific questions, because an estimate written without them is a guess.
A short call, if it helps
Thirty minutes, and only when there is something that genuinely needs talking through. Plenty of projects are scoped entirely over email.
A written scope and a price
Fixed where the work can be defined, hourly where it honestly cannot. You will know which one applies before anything starts.
Before you write
FAQ01Do you work with clients outside Florida?
Yes, and most of the work is. Scoping, delivery and handover all run over email, video calls and a shared project board, so the client can be anywhere in the country. Being in Cape Coral matters for the clients who want to meet in person; it is not a limit on who we take on.
02What should I put in a first message?
What you are trying to accomplish, what you are using now, and what is currently blocking you. If a specific system is involved — a CRM, a phone system, a website, a spreadsheet that has outgrown itself — name it. That is usually enough to get a real answer back instead of a request for a call.
03Is the first conversation billed?
No. Scoping conversations, written estimates and the back-and-forth that produces them are free. Billing starts when work starts, against a scope you have already agreed to in writing.
04How small a project will you take?
Small enough to be a single integration or a week of work. There is no minimum engagement. What we will not do is quote something we do not think will help — if a problem is better solved by changing a process than by writing software, the reply will say so.
05Will you take over something someone else started?
Often. Inheriting a half-finished build is ordinary work here, not a special case. It begins with a read of what already exists and an honest assessment of whether finishing it costs less than restarting. Sometimes it does not, and we say that plainly rather than quoting the more comfortable answer.
Not sure it is worth writing?
Send two sentences. If it is not something we should take on, the reply will say so and point you somewhere better.
