Facebook App Privacy Policy

Overview

Adroited LLC (“Adroited,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates an application that connects to the Meta (Facebook) Marketing API on behalf of authorized business clients. This policy explains what data is accessed, how it is used, and how it is protected.

What Data We Access

Our application accesses the following data through the Meta Marketing API, solely on behalf of authorized business clients:

  • Facebook Page information (name, ID)
  • Ad account data (campaigns, ad sets, ads, spend metrics)
  • Lead generation form submissions associated with client Pages
  • Business manager information

We do not collect, store, or process personal data from Facebook end-users (people who view or interact with ads). All data accessed belongs to the business accounts our clients have explicitly authorized us to manage.

How We Use the Data

Data accessed through the Meta API is used exclusively to:

  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on behalf of clients
  • Generate campaign performance reports
  • Retrieve lead form submissions for client follow-up

We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third parties outside of the authorized client relationship.

Data Retention

API access tokens are stored securely and retained only as long as needed to perform authorized services. Clients may revoke access at any time through their Facebook Business Settings.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted access controls to protect all data accessed through the Meta API.
