Business Phone Systems You Own, Integrated With Your Software
We deploy and run self-hosted VoIP on Asterisk and FreePBX — and because we are a software firm first, we connect it to the systems your business already runs on.
What we deploy and operate
- Inbound and outbound SIP trunking and number provisioning
- Call queues with priority handling and queue statistics reporting
- IVR menus and business-hours time conditions
- Call recording with recording reports, and CDR / call-detail reporting
- Conference bridging and paging / intercom
- Fax send and receive
- Ring groups, find-me/follow-me, call parking
- Voicemail with reporting, and a user control panel
- WebRTC softphones alongside desk handsets, provisioned over PJSIP
The part most providers cannot do
A phone vendor sells you extensions. A software firm integrates an API. We do both, which is where the value actually is:
- Screen-pop and record lookup — the call arrives with the customer, job or claim already on screen
- Call routing driven by data in your system, not just by menu tree
- Recording and CDR data pulled into your own reporting and dashboards
- Queue and representative performance measured against business outcomes, not just talk time
Asterisk and FreePBX are open-source platforms. We architect, deploy, secure, trunk, configure and operate them, and we write the software that talks to them — we did not write the PBX itself.
Why self-hosted
No per-seat licensing, no vendor lock-in on your call data, and recordings and CDRs that live on infrastructure you control. For businesses in regulated or claims-driven work, that last point is usually the deciding one.
Need phones and software that actually know about each other?
We run this stack ourselves. Let’s talk about running it for you.
