Data Deletion Instructions

If you have connected your Facebook account or Facebook Page to an Adroited application and would like to request deletion of your data, follow the steps below.

Step 1 — Revoke App Access on Facebook

Log in to your Facebook account.
Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites.
Find the Adroited app in the list and click Remove.

Removing the app immediately revokes our access token. We will no longer be able to access your Facebook data.

Step 2 — Request Data Deletion

To request that any data we have stored associated with your account be permanently deleted, contact us at:

Subject line: Data Deletion Request

Please include your name and the Facebook Page or Business account you connected. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request we will remove:

Any stored access tokens associated with your account
Any cached API data (ad metrics, lead form submissions) linked to your account
Any account identifiers stored in our systems
