Social by the post
We do not sell social media management priced by the post.
We are a software company that also runs marketing programs. That shapes what we are good at, and it is worth knowing which is which.
Client ad reporting runs through a reporting console we built ourselves against the Google Ads API. It pulls campaign, spend and conversion data directly from the account and produces a branded report, so the numbers you read are the account’s numbers rather than a screenshot pasted into a slide deck.
Being able to build the tool is the point. When a client needs a metric that the standard interface does not present usefully, we add it.

We do not buy followers, and we will not report on a number that was purchased.
We do not take a marketing retainer for a business whose underlying problem is that the software does not work. We will say so, and it is usually the cheaper conversation.
We are not the right firm for a large brand campaign with no measurable conversion attached. There are agencies who do that well; we are not one of them.
No. Month to month, because a contract that keeps a client who wants to leave is a bad substitute for work that keeps a client who wants to stay. We would rather find out quickly if the fit is wrong.
Yes, Google Ads in particular, and we report campaign performance against enquiries rather than clicks. Where a campaign is not producing enquiries we will say so, including in cases where the honest answer is to stop spending rather than to optimise further.
Against the numbers that survive scrutiny: impressions and clicks from Search Console, conversions from analytics, and enquiries as your own system counted them. Third-party traffic estimates are excluded deliberately — we have watched them miss real figures by an order of magnitude.
Frequently the best arrangement. Your team knows the customers and the vocabulary; we bring the technical and search side. Splitting on that line tends to work better than either side pretending to be the other.
We will look at the account and tell you what the data supports.
